Welcome to WeTravel ZW. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

1. Bookings
All bookings must be made through WeTravel ZW and are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment (full or deposit) has been received and a confirmation has been issued.

2. Payments
A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made before ticketing, hotel reservations or other services are issued. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card or approved mobile platforms.

3. Prices
All prices are quoted in USD (or ZWL equivalent where stated). Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, airline increases or other supplier adjustments. Clients will be notified of any changes before final confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Airline tickets, hotels and other travel services may have their own cancellation policies. These will apply in addition to WeTravel ZW’s policy. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the policies of airlines, hotels, or service providers.

5. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other required travel documents. WeTravel ZW can assist with visa guidance but cannot guarantee approval.

6. Liability
WeTravel ZW acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, car rentals and other service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or changes caused by third-party providers, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage and other unforeseen events.

8. Changes to Itinerary
WeTravel ZW reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to airline schedule changes, supplier issues or other reasons beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

9. Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves responsibly during travel. Any costs or damages resulting from inappropriate behavior will be the responsibility of the client.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
